As an Apprentice, candidates will engage in meaningful work across various Verizon teams, gaining professional and personal growth. The role involves assisting in designing studies, conducting primary and secondary research, and creating actionable customer insights to inform business strategies and decisions. They will support the Business Group Customer Operations (BGCO) and Verizon Business Group (VBG) by converting data into customer journeys, connecting solutions, and monitoring the outcomes of customer-centric projects. The role also includes utilizing technologies such as automation, generative AI, IVR, and digital enablement.
Key Responsibilities: - Driving small business results through the retail channel by partnering with and mentoring Consumer Retail Sales Representatives.
- Growing your customer base by acquiring and retaining accounts in the small business segment.
- Utilizing solutions-based selling techniques to solve business problems for your customers.
- Outbound sales prospecting and customer visits.
- Servicing the needs of the existing customer base.
- Using sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, and manage your pipeline and book of business.
Qualifications: - 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel.
