We are seeking a talented Feed Mill Manager on-site at a plant in Iowa. The company prides themselves on their core values and their commitment to continuous improvement.
- Do you have at least 5 years of experience in leading a team of 20+, and maintaining schedules, quality, and delivery commitments?
- Responsibilities include coordinating safety initiatives, compliance with manufacturing standards and partnering with leadership on annual budgeting, capital projects, and large purchases.
- A successful candidate has experience guiding and coaching employees; a passion for safety and quality; knowledge of manufacturing, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and feed production.
- A candidate would have production, scheduling, accounting, laws and compliance of industry, budgeting, maintenance, safety, packaging, transportation, and QA experience in a feed mill setting.
- A degree in either Agriculture or Feed Mill Management is preferred, but the organization may consider experience over education for the right candidate.
