We are currently seeking a self-motivated, hard-working AMAZON E-COMMERCE MARKETING MANAGER who has detailed marketing experience with Amazon seller account(s).

The AMAZON E-COMMERCE MANAGER will be responsible for formulating and implementing marketing and merchandizing strategies and operate daily business of Amazon.com for Coolibar.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES – AMAZON E-COMMERCE MARKETING MANAGER:

  • MARKET PLACE MANAGEMENT & DISTRIBUTION STRATEGYDevelop and execute effective Amazon & Ebay (and others once added e.g. Walmart) marketing strategies to meet revenue and growth targets and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Product Web Merchandizing and Marketing
  • Develop and maintain effective online marketing and design promotional activities to acquire new customers
  • Create product listings by conducting marketing research (data, industry & competitor comparisons) to develop search-engine-friendly product descriptions, product images, and enhanced (A+) brand content that drives traffic, conversions and profit
  • Design and maintain Amazon Brand Store to drive increased sales & profit
  • Manage assortment strategy + inventory levels and replenishment on FBA and MF
  • Monitor all daily market-place operations
  • Set Up and Report KPIs. Reconciliate sales, margins and profitability.
  • Budgeting - Create and manage, and take responsibility for, the budgeting for the Amazon products division
  • Maintain Account Health
  • Check the “Seller Performance Notification” and “Account Health Performance” daily, and take necessary remedial action when there is abnormal performance noted
  • AMAZON ADS MANAGEMENTDevelop and execute the paid growth media strategy in partnership with the Director of eCommerce
  • Manage paid acquisition across all existing Amazon media formats (product, display, brand, programmatic, TV), with accountability for sales and profit goals.
  • Employ a data-driven strategy to optimize campaign efficiency (ACOS, TACOS, CR) while delivering against growth and profit targets
  • Work closely with the content manager and creative team to establish winning messaging and ad assets
  • Brief the creative team for campaign goals and ad requirements
  • Collaborate with our Product, Creative, and Brand Marketing teams on product launches
  • Ensure successful measurement and attribution to build a clear view of our best performing campaigns, and marketing's overall impact on customer growth.
  • Stay abreast of new ad trends, tactics, tools, and partners that can help us deliver a first in class ad marketplace strategy

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3-5 years minimum related work experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or related role is required
  • Prior experience with Amazon platform required
  • Experience in the retail, wholesale, CPG and/or fashion/apparel industry highly preferred
  • Exceptional time management skills: ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives
  • Ability to influence and interact with senior management
  • Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, copywriting skills are a plus
  • Actively listens and participates within a team environment
  • Innovative and forward-thinking candidate who will work hard and enthusiastically take on many responsibilities
  • Microsoft Software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Database related programs
