ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're seeking an experienced Amazon Performance Manager to drive growth in our vitamin, minerals, and supplements business. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads, with a proven track record in media buying, A/B testing, and account management. You'll lead our Amazon managed services with strategic vision, leveraging various Amazon programs to optimize performance.

This role demands a growth-oriented strategist who can blend analytical skills with creative marketing approaches. You'll work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, designing and implementing initiatives to boost product sales. WHAT YOU BRING

Amazon Media Buying: Working with the Director of Amazon, manage and execute Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC, DSP) to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth. Continuously optimize ad performance through bid adjustments, keyword targeting, and product placement strategies.

A/B Testing: Develop, implement, and analyze A/B tests for listings, ad creatives, and marketing strategies. Ensure continuous improvement in conversion rates and performance through data-backed experimentation.

Account Management: Help oversee Amazon Seller Central, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with Amazon policies. Manage inventory, pricing strategies, product listings, and customer reviews to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Analytics and Reporting: Analyze sales data, advertising performance, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights. Monitor KPIs such as ACOS, CTR, and conversion rates to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Amazon Seller Central Experience: At least 2-3 years experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account

Experience in Amazon Media Buying: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience leading Amazon PPC, DSP, and other media buying strategies.

eCommerce Experience: A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience within eCommerce with the majority of experience being tied to Amazon or similar marketplaces.

Campaign Optimization and Development: Comfortable optimizing current campaigns and developing new initiatives by identifying potential ad targets at the product and campaign level.

Agency and Ad Platform Experience: Experience managing ad agencies and or advertising platforms such as Quartile, Teikametrics, or Perpetua.

A/B Testing Expertise: Proven experience in designing and implementing A/B tests with measurable results.

Account Management Skills: Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and compliance.

Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar). Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Reporting Structure:

The Sr/Manager of Amazon will report to the Director of Amazon.

Location:

Hybrid. Mix of Remote WFH and onsite meetings in Philadelphia or NYC.
