We are seeking an ASC Director for a PE-backed healthcare services company based in Detroit. Reporting to the VP Operations, this Director will think strategically, drive optimization and efficiencies, and oversee ASCs.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with VP Operations and COO to implement strategies, policies, procedures, business development for ASCs
• Manage the staff, scheduling, budget, growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7 years' experience managing ASCs including leadership
• Proactive, forward-thinking, optimization, process improvements, strategic, metrics-driven
