DescriptionThe AMER Production Coordinator provides customer-centric booking management, calendar, organizational, reporting, marketing efforts and administrative support to the Event Productions AMER Large Production Venues team. The primary focus supports booking management and calendar logistics for customer events. A successful candidate will be able to step seamlessly into a corporate production environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills, impeccable customer service attitude, and be energetically driven to serve our customers and the team.Key job responsibilities• Daily customer communication and management• Manages the assessment of incoming customer requests• Able to work backwards from production technical requirements and partner with production stakeholders• Regular scheduling of customer requests and customer meetings management• Maintains multiple venue calendars and workflows• Supports and collaborates cross-team, attending team meetings and production meetings• Collaborates across teams and partners, routing customer requests to the most appropriate event resources• Supports vendor and stakeholder relations, across partner and service groups• Manages meetings effectively; provides supporting data and documentation, aligns stakeholders• Improves efficiencies, and works to optimize processes• Delivers weekly metrics, data, and reports• Works on goal-centric projects, aligns stakeholders and seeks diverse opinions• Able to identify blockers, escalate appropriately and facilitate progress• Collaborates with customers; able to discuss referrals, recommendations, and additional resources as neededBasic Qualifications2+ years in project management2+ years advancing customer events and/or event marketing2+ years customer service in related field2+ years familiarity with event production environments2+ years managing multi-calendar workflows2+ years managing customer leads and booking queuesStrong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with event booking systems, programs, and platformsAble to effectively prioritize and meet competing deadlinesHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred QualificationsStrong desire to learn new technologiesStrong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to improve processesStrong sales lead generation and customer lead management experienceFamiliarity with event management or production teamsFamiliarity with Asana, project management platformsExperience managing Microsoft SharePoint team sitesExperience using Tableau, PowerBI, or Quicksight, for data analysisAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
