Job DescriptionThe AML SAR Writer will be responsible for the following:- Review and analyze customer transactions to identify suspicious activities. - Prepare and file SARs, ensuring all necessary information is included and meets regulatory standards. - Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant data for investigations and reports. - Stay current on AML regulations and industry best practices. - Maintain accurate records of SAR filings and assist in audits or regulatory exams. - Provide training and support on SAR writing and AML procedures. The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of AML experience, specifically in SAR writing and investigations.
- Strong knowledge of AML laws (e.g., BSA, USA PATRIOT Act).
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with AML transaction monitoring tools.
- CAMS certification is a plus.
