Salary: AEA Members: 9% of the Base Salary in accordance with the AEA Negotiated Agreement
Non-AEA Members: 9% of the base salary on the Non-degreed Certificated Salary Schedule
Qualifications: Experience coaching the applicable sport at a freshman level or higher Must possess a thorough knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators, parents, and students Duties/Responsibilities: See attached job description for essential duties and responsibilities.
The successful applicant must have the following requirements on file prior to start: Appropriate and valid Pupil Activity Permit Favorable State and Federal background checks Negative Drug Screen Employees must follow all board policies, all state, and federal laws, and adhere to the Ohio Code of Ethics set up by the Ohio Department of Education.
