Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Comcast Business Financial Analyst to oversee the forecasting, budgeting, and management of expenses, full-time equivalents (FTEs), and capacity within our Care organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across teams.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Comcast Business Care financial forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy in expense management, FTE allocation, and capacity planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to support financial objectives and align on business needs.
  • Independently identify and solve complex problems, utilizing available resources effectively. Clearly communicate solutions in a concise and accurate manner.
  • Build and maintain complex financial models to analyze data and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough research to ensure the accuracy and validity of financial information, maintaining high standards of integrity in reporting.
  • Understand dependencies within financial processes, implement necessary procedures, and track financial performance and changes over time.
  • Provides analysis and evaluation of cost/expense problems and profit improvement opportunities existing within current business activities.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
