Job Description Responsibilities - Assist with regular and ad-hoc reporting and research in student housing and hospitality market and industry trends
- Communicate regularly with property managers to track revenue management, property operations, financial performance, and changes to forecasts
- Support monthly property performance reviews and reporting of performance to head office
- Manage administrative requests from head office and prepare reporting monthly and quarterly
- Develop tracking of capex spend and planning, loan agreements, and management agreements
- Research best practices and products to improve portfolio performance (e.g. new technology, building efficiency, and other best practices)
Requirements - A bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines including real estate, economics or finance
- Preferably up to 2 years' experience in real estate, finance, accounting, property management or other operational fields
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, a strong sense of accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a multi-cultural, cross-border environment with good understanding of corporate nuances and high flexibility and adaptability
- Assertive, self-motivated individual with the ability to problem solve
- Team player who is organized and willing to learn and work in a small team
