  • The Credit Solutions Group is seeking an Analyst/Associate - Client Advisory to work exclusively with the Brookfield's newly created credit platform on a range of activities including assisting with the development and product support of new credit solutions/strategies as well as supporting marketing and fundraising activities across Brookfield's existing/current credit platform.
  • Create and compile fund-specific marketing materials, including offering memoranda, investor presentations and other documents related to credit strategies.
  • Drive the due diligence process, from launch and initial client interest to IC approval.
  • Project manage all deliverables during fundraising such as coordinating client calls, meetings, on-sites to advance investor due diligence processes and interest
  • Assist facilitation of key decisions throughout fundraising process with all stakeholder groups - Marketing, Client Relationship Management, Investor Relations, Legal, Compliance, Finance & Operations and the Investment Teams.
  • Be a source of information and advisor for Brookfield's credit product offerings, the credit offerings of our key competitors and the credit markets in general.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the institutional landscape and the preferences, styles and requirements for credit investors broadly across key regions and investor types.
Qualifications Required:
  • Graduate degree in finance, business management or another relevant discipline.
  • Experience Required: 2-5 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising and/or project management for private fund strategies, with a preference for Private Credit experience
  • Excellent PowerPoint and excel skills. The ability to manipulate and summarize data sets is important.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team approach and a can do attitude.
  • Ability to be a self-starter when necessary.
  • Experience in high volume processes and technology enabled solutions.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
