In this role, you will play a key part in inspiring change and continual improvement. If you are committed to excellence and ready to contribute to a dynamic culture, we would love to meet you.Role & Responsibilities:Conduct complex financial analyses, including discounted cash flow (DCF) models Excel and ArgusEstablish and uphold best practice standards for Argus modeling to optimize real estate cash flow forecast / valuationsProvide financial modeling expertise across a variety of scenarios to support strategic decision-makingFacilitate training and workshops for regional teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of Argus and Anaplan systemsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, property markets affecting commercial real estatePrepare quarterly valuation forecast and annual business planPerform valuation analysis and draft variances commentariesAssist with economic analysis, including cash flow projections and market analysisPerform detailed review/reconciliation of the valuation assumptions in the cash flow projectionsPrepare investment / other ad-hoc memorandums for management reviewMaintain sufficient documentation and assist with communication with auditorsYour Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in related major, accounting/finance/real estate degree preferredProfessional finance certification CPA/CFA a plus2 years relevant commercial real estate financial analysis / valuation experienceAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel a mustAdvanced proficiency in cash flow modeling a mustAdvanced proficiency in ARGUS financial software a plusStrong understanding of commercial real estate a plusStrong working knowledge of Yardi a plusStrong working knowledge of Anaplan a plusStrong understanding of financial statements and investment return analysis a plusExceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasivelyProven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across different regionsAbility to handle large volumes of work and effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasksCapacity to lead, influence, and motivate teams to adopt new processes and technologiesSelf-motivated and proactive with respect to managing workload and own professional developmentCompensation & Benefits:Salary Type: Non-exemptPay Frequency: Bi-weeklyAnnual Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000We are proud to create a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
