You will work directly with the principal investing deal team and key internal and external stakeholders where you will be responsible for supporting a large and well-connected investing business for all operational management and execution activities supporting private credit, private equity and real estate product lines. This responsibility will include end to end transaction management on syndicated and bilateral deals both as syndicate lender and lead lender, including coordinating deal approval with the investing team, submitting KYC requests and involvement in conflicts checks, deal closing and ongoing management of deal cash flows, reviewing loan documentation to facilitate deal booking within LoanIQ, ongoing loan administration within LoanIQ and peripheral systems, management of borrower Covenants and Information flows, settlement of secondary loan trades via Clearpar and manual documents and coordination with sub agency services on agented deals. You will also have the opportunity to expand your experience into areas like fund administration for third party capital, data and automation projects and many other areas the team operates in. Salary range for the role: $85,000 - $135,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
