They provide communication, KPI reporting, and issue resolution to optimize network performance and operational efficiencies.The impact you can have Delivers clear messaging and timely information across all levels of the organization.Provides guidance to key stakeholders based on business capabilities and timelines.Identifies, analyzes, and delivers data to drive best business decisions.Provides daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to measure performance metrics and benchmark goals.Serves as a key resource in the analysis and development of reporting.Collects and socializes information and appropriate authorizations pertinent to all proposed projects.Provides timely problem resolution to customer inquiries through prioritization and maintaining deadlines. What You'll bring to the role Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Distribution/fulfillment leadership, Corporate/Retail analytics, inventory management, project management.Knowledge of Distribution or Fulfillment Operations, strong warehouse management (PKMS) and inventory system knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and especially Excel.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects both individually and as part of a team.Strong written and verbal communication skills required.Demonstrate the ability to make informed decisions and own the results.Proven track-record of success in a high-energy, ever-changing industry.
