This position belongs to the Fiber Grant Expansion Team, and will report to the Manager of Broadband Grants. The Business Analyst will support the team through a thorough understanding of the BEAD program, information sharing, and tracking of Frontier's 25-state footprint BEAD program components. In addition, the Business Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate reporting and tracking of all KPIs and metrics pertaining to applications submitted by the team. This role will work with team members to gather data and submit applications within strict deadlines, and assist in the deployment and reporting required for completion of awarded grants.

This individual must be able to work independently and coordinate with all parties necessary to plan for, propose, and deliver the processes required to support the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Support monthly reporting and variance analysis. Review results, identify and quantify risks and opportunities.

* Identify potential financial issues and work with the appropriate functional areas to resolve them.

* Tracking of all grant metrics for submitted applications, and applications deemed not viable

* Creation of accurate standard reports for upper management

* Provide supporting data and define underlying assumptions in support of the grant planning process.

* Excellent time management, and organization skills and have a solid follow-up system.

* Able to analyze and resolve problems systematically, organize information, and generate solutions while recognizing the impact on stakeholders and the business.

* Able to communicate effectively with all key stakeholders at all levels.

Experience and Skills

* Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience.

* Proficiency with MS Office tools required, specifically Excel.

* Proficiency with PJ and PM modules of Infinium desired.
