Who You Are:
We're looking for a Client Onboarding Analyst to play an active role in the client onboarding process from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a results-driven, disciplined problem solver, and can adapt quickly. This candidate should also have prior work experience in financial services, an understanding of Customer Due Diligence/ AML/KYC requirements and a deep interest in working in and learning about the crypto ecosystem.
This person will sit in our NYC office.
What You'll Do:
* Work closely with Compliance, Credit, Legal and Tax to onboard new clients, while ensuring excellent customer service and a smooth process
* Maintain and update Onboarding Desktop Procedures to keep pace with a fast-growing business
* Assist in tracking metrics and provide reports to key stakeholders on onboarding pipeline and statistics
* Manage priority items received from multiple teams across different locations
* Resolve escalated issues from various clients
* Connect with teams locally and across regions to facilitate knowledge sharing
* Participate in the design and testing of enhancements to the Client Onboarding portal
What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
* Onboarding/AML/KYC experience from an institutional perspective
* 3+ years of client onboarding experience
Bonus Points:
* Experience within a financial institution in a client onboarding capacity (Operations, Client Service, or Implementation)
* Interest and familiarity with crypto
