- Builds or configures new hardware; installs and updates software packages; create and maintain computer networks.
- Plan, design, and implement unified communications and collaboration infrastructure projects.
- Provide first line support of hardware, software, and application to end users.
- Troubleshoot issues that raised from system and between systems.
- Requires continuous monitoring of company's systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
Troubleshooting
- Collaborate with senior managers and Headquarter IT staff to identify and solve a variety of problems and to clarify management objectives.
- Collaborate with others in the organization to ensure successful implementation of chosen problem solutions.
- Develop business methods and procedures, including accounting systems, file systems, office systems, logistics systems, and production schedules.
- Provide first-line application support and operation logic instruction for end users.
Warehouse Efficiencies - Cost Reduction % of Job - 10%
- Implements warehouse efficiencies and cost reduction programs to assist the company in making better merchandise flow decisions by conducting thorough analysis on key areas which are causing product and delivery issues.
- Builds and maintains a work environment that is positive and is supported by open feedback and two-way communication at all levels.
Team Leadership
- Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the company's culture. % of Job - 10%
- Responsible for fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates.
- Maintains and strengthens internal, external customer, and supplier relationships. Communicates and works well with all business partners.
- Ensures inventory management and merchandise allocation flows product through the warehouse in the most cost efficient and productive manner.
QualificationsEducation and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or IS related field
- Working experience of 1 to 3 years OA and application support.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Manufacture or computer industry experience is a plus.

Working ConditionsOffice and outside environmental conditions found in the warehouse, hot in the summer, cold in the winter.
