Job Description
This position will research, make recommendations, and coordinate all communication and actions around customer credits for product deliveries. This will involve working with the sales team, operations team and finance on a daily basis.
Responsibilities will also include overseeing all special orders and drop ship deliveries, from purchasing, delivery, and payment.
Additionally, this position will monitor customer order quantities to ensure large variances from trend are verified.
The Customer Experience Analyst will work directly with specialty sales channel leaders to manage and develop strategies and techniques to enhance the customer experience. Partners closely with leaders driving the customer experience to deliver transformative business solutions to improve the quality of service and increase efficiencies. Focused on new customer initiatives, developing standard operating procedures across the organization, and the eCommerce sales channel. Creates and tracks metrics to quantify the customer experience. Requires a combination of strategic thinking, and execution of customer experience efficiencies. Organizes and analyzes customer data to improve the current experience and make independent decisions to launch improvements to the customer experience, based on findings. Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills and be an excellent communicator. Must be able to work under pressure, using excellent customer service skills, and work well with minimal supervision while staying highly organized.
Manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) onboarding, and the administration of onboarding new customers, and supplier partners. Including new 3PL customers and new eCommerce customers
Manage the process of streamlining communication across the organization for both internal and external customers, through the development of standardized operating procedures. To drive consistency and efficiency across all departments and Operating companies
Through eCommerce road mapping; manage and process all eCommerce orders. Manage support for all eCommerce activities via email, or phone. Internal Magento website content management
Evaluate and identify shared opportunities of improvement across teams and propose systematic solutions to meet common challenges. Assist in administration of IT projects in Jira; working with Supervisor to help communicate status to stakeholders
Proactively work with all internal groups to implement new business practices and strategies.
Work closely with new eCommerce/3PL customers to understand the customers business goals and major problem area, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth. Produce actionable recommendations and then execute.
Acts as project coordinator with other functional departments to launch improvements to customer experience based on learnings
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors
1-3 Years
Works strategically with multiple customers/vendors across different technologies. Strong Microsoft Suite skills Must be detail oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors
3-5 Years
Experience with Agile Method based project management is a plus, not required. Magento eCommerce and other eCommerce platforms experience is a plus, not required.
