Who You Are:

The Analyst, Data Architecture is essential to advancing our digital marketing and analytics initiatives. In this role, you will implement and manage tagging solutions across our digital platforms, ensuring precise data collection and accurate tracking of user interactions. Key responsibilities include implementing and validating tags, troubleshooting JavaScript-related tagging issues, and documenting processes to maintain clarity and efficiency in our operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Tag Implementation: Set up, configure, and manage analytics and marketing tags across various platforms using our management system – Adobe Tags (Adobe Launch).
  • JavaScript Development: Write and troubleshoot JavaScript code for custom tracking and advanced tagging implementations.
  • Testing & Validation: Conduct thorough testing of tags to ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with analytics and IT teams to understand tracking requirements and implement effective tagging solutions.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation of tag implementations, data flows, and processes.
  • Monitoring & Optimization: Regularly monitor tag performance and optimize for improved efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in tag management and digital analytics.

You'll Need to Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in tag management, web analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and familiarity with data layer implementation.
  • Skilled in tag management systems, with a primary focus on Adobe Tags (Adobe Launch).
  • Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics).
  • Experience implementing server-to-server (CAPI) connections to enhance data integration and tracking capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics principles and data tracking methodologies.

We'd Love to See:

Familiarity with data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA, along with experience in implementing cookie consent solutions, is a plus.

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
