Our associates support the brands with a wide range of services,including Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Commercial, Digital and E-commerce, Technology and more.Primary Purpose: The Data/Vendor Management Analyst works independently to assist with data management and to support the contracting and accounting/financial planning processes for a wide range of cost and income centers by utilizing contract, accounting, financial, and analytical knowledge in conjunction with other related skills. This role analyzes, tracks, prepares, and presents reports to leadership relevant to contractual obligations, the impact of changes impacting Data & Analytics, such as Consumer Data Privacy, and Actual spend to Budget/Forecast for the Departments within the Data & Analytics Center of Excellence.Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office location for this position includes Salisbury, NC. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Independently partner with key stakeholders to develop, execute, monitor, and refine key business objectives to ensure contracts and related financial budgets, forecasts, and results are accurate and complete
  • Serve as key business advisor/resource to all Departments within the Data & Analytics Center of Excellence by assisting with negotiation and review of contracts, support information security reviews of vendors utilizing Customer Data, collaborate with Legal and Data Governance to develop and maintain a functional understanding of policies and best practices while working to support vendor engagements to ensure compliance
  • Maintain legal, data privacy, data security, and data governance knowledge thru internal and external sources to effectively support departments and teams
  • Oversee the Period close process, review and summarize results by Department which includes creating, reviewing, and approving accrual entries for respective contracts and related revenue sharing entries. Ensure all accounting reconciliations are complete and accurate and that all variances are identified and reported each Period
  • Leverage strong systems knowledge (SAP, Coupa, Archer, SharePoint, Microsoft Suite) to create meaningful recommendations and projections regarding contracted spend, income, and operating expenses for each department to accurately report income and expenses throughout the year
  • Maintain adequate controls to avoid errors and ensure an accurate and on-time monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
  • Strong multitasking skills: ability to manage accounting/financial planning for multiple projects with complete ownership while facilitating contract review and approval process
  • Support additional requests as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience in a business-related field (i.e. Paralegal, Accounting/Finance, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, Operations Research)
  • Minimum 4+ years experience with emphasis on Contract Management and/or Accounting and Finance
  • Presentation skills (both developing & delivering)
  • Proficiency in using SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Outlook, Visio
  • Strong Accounting and Finance skills
  • Contract Management expertise
