Title: Analyst IPay Rate :$30/hrLocation: North Canton, OHSchedule: M-F, 8:00am - 5:00pm Hybrid (2 days in office)*Contract with possibility for hireQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced knowledge in Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Prior internship or coursework related to business analysis is a plus.
  • Experience in data collection and reporting systems such as Oracle BI Analytics and Power BI or similar reporting platforms.

  • Process Documentation: Document existing business processes, workflows, and procedures, and help identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
  • Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including requirements, project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Problem Solving: Assist in identifying and resolving business issues by proposing innovative solutions and alternatives.
  • Research: Conduct research on industry best practices, market trends, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to the team.
