Provide analytical data support to drive a wide variety of use cases needed in the GTM motions of new strategic initiatives. For instance, this may be used to build business cases, consolidate merchant lists, and monitor program performance or make available execution-related outputs for broader XFN consumption. Scope GTM execution considerations related to data, tracking, and system, in close partnership with XFN stakeholders. Serve as the bridge to Business System builds, ensuring relevant business requirements are captured. Project manage the rollout of data-driven or technical aspects of the initiatives, leading regular working group meetings to ensure work stays on track and working through blockers that may be encountered. Oversee the development and maintenance of playbooks related to these activities. Oversee the rollout of the initiatives, monitoring issues & feedback from XFN partners related to the data & technical foundations to the Business Systems team for ongoing iteration.What We Look For BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required. 4+ years of experience, ideally with 2+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a similar function at a high-growth technology company. Strong working knowledge of analytical tools, such as SQL, Python and Excel. Excellent communication and presentation skills - written, verbal, and graphic. Strong work ethic - able to take ownership beyond own responsibility and manage timelines/deliverables effectively. Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships. Ability to think creatively and critically, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and navigate ambiguity. Team player, direct, transparent and humble. Provide and be receptive to constructive feedback.Base Pay Grade - IEquity Grade - 4Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range.
