Job Purpose

IT Support Analyst role is to provide support in order to drive operational efficiency.

Education / Training

* Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics. An MBA is preferred;

* Preferred education in business analytics, process intelligence and organizational management.

Key Job Elements

* Support multiple areas of the business in process mapping and documentation;

* Support multiple applications in developing efficiency measuring tools;

* Participating in application implementation/change projects;

* Participating in standardization efforts of both process and technology across multiple countries and businesses;

* Continuous improvement initiatives initiated by business analytics data.

Qualifications and Experience

* Knowledge of business management software;

* Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail;

* Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills;

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications;

* Excellent communication skills and strong public speaker;

* Passion for researching and implementing new technologies;

* Ability and willingness to travel.
