MUST : Experienced IT Enterprise Analyst Active DoD Secret Clearance is required 3+ years of experience supporting IT Enterprise Architecture programs as a analyst, administrator, or Engineer Understanding of IT enterprise architecture and experience with topology development Experience with AS-IS processes artifact development and maintenance that meet proper Risk Management Framework requirements Familiarity with RMF Understanding of IT applications and proper implementation process Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Able to work well on a team as well as on individual tasks Strong documentation skills are a must Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong documentation skills Bachelor's Degree TEAM : The ideal candidate will be supporting Sr Architect / Engineers in the designing and planning of Enterprise Architectural (EA) artifacts, planning and information, and participation in working groups One of the main tasks will be to help perform AS-IS proper technical topology artifact development and maintenance in compliance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) Documenting the TO-BE architecture based on analysis of enterprise requirements over a five-year time horizon in alignment with strategic directions Conducting architectural analyses to include the impact of introducing new technologies and adopting changes to business processes, work flows, and current architecture Developing a plan for transition from the existing AS-IS architecture to the TO-BE state, including incremental changes to processes, upgrading technical capabilities, retirement or transition of technology and the evolution of IT systems and interfaces Ensuring EA applications and systems are compliant and aligns to the Department of Defense and intelligence community Enterprise Architecture Accessing intelligence facilities for collaboration or answering data calls that reside on the JWICS network Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to client Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support
