Our foodservice business supplies many of the top restaurant chains in the United States. Overview As part of the Digital Workplace Services team, T. Marzetti is seeking an entry level IT Solution Analyst (ITSO) in the Integrations team. The solution analyst will be accountable for supporting and enhancing a variety of integrations across multiple technology platforms. The integration platforms include the following: Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Boomi Integration Platform. The integrations represent business critical software processes that exchange data across heterogeneous systems both internally and externally. This analyst will also be responsible for addressing support tickets, fixing errors caused by data problems from inbound and outbound messages. The support of the integrations may require this role to engage internal business stakeholders as well as external vendors.This role requires a unique combination of communication / collaboration with a strong technical acumen. The role must be able to work with our business stakeholders being able to converse in business terms then be able to translate business terms into technical requirements similar to a traditional business analyst. Additionally, the analyst will work with internal teams that support the various process area ITSOs / support teams that either generate or consume the data processed within the EDI process. This analyst must have an understanding of a standard development lifecycle management process and continuously seek to improve the development processes by reducing development time to deployment with a high standard of quality. Responsibilities

- Understand end to end business process solutions to support an integrated, enterprise solution when integrations are required
- Develop integrations based on user requirements
- Test Integrations through system unit test, integration test, user acceptance testing, and other formal and informal test activities to ensure high level quality deployments for all requests
- Ensure deployed solutions meet end-user expectations and requirements
- Maintain close collaboration and relationships with internal business partners, external customers, and the enterprise IT team
- Embrace and comply with solution governance and methodology
- Provide necessary support for deployed integration solutions.
- Provide proactive means to identify, alert and resolve errors with the goal of resolving errors before any business processes or external customers are impacted

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, EDI, or relevant work experience
- Prior IT experience with IT services at a Consumer Goods company; Food and Beverage preferred
- Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions and vice versa
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities and/or work experience
- Understand the importance of communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice® applications
