Job Description Sellers & Associates, LLC (S&A) is seeking a Analyst Manager II to work Remote.The Analyst/Manager II is responsible for collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information to make informed recommendations to the Government. This role involves identifying and defining the nature and extent of problems, analyzing relevant data, and developing effective solutions. The Analyst/Manager II must have a deep understanding of the organization's structure, culture, and its relationships within the Government. The findings and recommendations are reported to the Government through written reports and oral presentations, and in some cases, the Analyst/Manager II assists in implementing the proposed solutions.Job Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and analyze information to identify and define problems within the organization.
- Develop and propose solutions based on thorough analysis of relevant data.
- Understand the organization's structure, culture, and relationships within the Government to provide contextually appropriate recommendations.
- Prepare detailed reports of findings and recommendations, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Deliver oral presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to Government stakeholders.
- Assist in the implementation of recommendations as required by the project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and suggest further improvements as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis
- 3+ Years of experience in U.S Navy programs or operations..
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must Have
- Active Secret Clearance
- Proven experience in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information to develop actionable recommendations.
- Ability to understand organizational structures, cultures, and relationships within the Government.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing and presenting reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to assist in the implementation of recommendations.
- Nice to Have
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- Professional certifications in management analysis or consulting.
- Experience working with Government agencies or in a public sector environment.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with Government policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and navigate complex organizational structures and cultures.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with Government stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
