Your role will involve strategizing, executing, and analyzing partnership campaigns, as well as ensuring alignment with our marketing goals and objectives. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive successful marketing collaborations.Responsibilities:
- Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships to support marketing initiatives and enhance brand value.
- Develop and implement partnership marketing plans that align with Avelo's overall marketing strategy.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to integrate partnership initiatives into broader marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Support the planning and execution of events and activations involving partners.
- Track and analyze the performance of partnership programs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Generate reports on partnership performance, highlighting key metrics and outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver presentations that are clear and concise in determining the value-add from the partnership to Avelo.
- Make recommendation on new or existing partnership agreements based on data and analysis.
- Organize the delivery of marketing assets for partnership campaigns, including digital content, promotional materials, and co-branded initiatives.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing partnerships, business development, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successful partnership management and campaign execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
- Prior experience in the airline industry is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse partners.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective partnership marketing plans.
- Negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficient in analyzing data and deriving insights to drive partnership performance.
