The Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing property inspections to assess property condition. The Analyst has the ability to execute and manage multiple projects and has a knowledge of real estate markets with an emphasis on multifamily assets.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze property inspections to assess property condition.
  • Assist with the quality control review of the inspection prior to submission to the investor.
  • Monitor inspection-related items and property concerns.
  • Verify accuracy of servicing system data against specified loan documents (i.e. Loan Agreement, Underwriting Narrative, Appraisal, etc.).
  • Spread and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual property financial statements and rent rolls to assess property performance.
  • Assist with the quality control review of financial statement reporting prior to submission to the investor.
  • Verify accuracy of servicing system data against specified loan documents (i.e. Loan Agreement, Underwriting Narrative, Appraisal, etc.).
  • Create, review, and distribute monthly notifications to external clients.
  • Receive, identify, track, and store internal and external communication for financial reporting.
Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics or a minimum of 1+ years of experience in real estate is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, with an emphasis on Excel and Word.
  • A knowledge of real estate markets with an emphasis on multifamily assets.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Exhibit self-motivation whether working independently or on a team.
  • A strong sense of urgency and ability to problem solve.
  • An ability to execute and manage multiple projects with deliverables to ensure that timelines and results are achieved.
