Manage teams on financial diligence project work. Analyze financial data and identify key trends behind the performance of a business. Examine financial statements to ensure that they are accurate and comply with laws and regulations. Inspect account books and/or accounting systems for efficiency and use of accepted accounting procedures. Organize and maintain financial records. Assess financial operations and make best-practices recommendations to management. Discuss business performance and forecast assumptions with senior team management. Structure reports that set out findings and recommendations around the key financial and business issues in a transaction. Responsible for people and practice development activities. Oversee the execution of financial due diligence engagements. Develop and communicate fees and timelines. Analyze financial and operational results of businesses to be acquired or sold through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management. Identify negotiation factors for purchase price and deal structuring. Identify post-acquisition action steps to achieve anticipated earnings/cash flow improvements. Constantly research industry trends and technologies, as well as seasonality and cyclicality on cash flow requirements to provide knowledge and insight to clients. Understanding EY's service lines and actively present ways the firm can successfully serve clients.
Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities.
