Analytical Chemist

Focus:
- Develop and optimize chemical processes for the formulation of premium pet care products.
- Ensure all product formulations are free of solvents and comply with industry standards.
- Analyze raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality specifications.
- Collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams to understand ingredient functionalities and ensure products meet all labeling guidelines.
- Conduct stability testing and validate the efficacy and safety of all product formulations.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product formulation within the cosmetics, food, or similar consumer products industry.
- Demonstrated success in the formulation and optimization of consumer products, preferably in solvent-free applications.
- Profound knowledge of chemical interactions, product stability, and analytical methodologies.
- Extensive understanding of regulatory requirements in the cosmetics or related consumer products sector.
- Experience with natural and organic formulations is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, capable of maintaining detailed lab records and reports.
