Analytical Laboratory Technician.Chicago Heights, IL.6 Months.work Days & Hours (eg. Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM)Sunday-Wednesday, 10 hour days.Uses technical knowledge to run routine and some non-routine samples with minimal supervision. Maintain and complete accurate records. Perform wet and dry chemistry analysis following SOP requirements. Handles penicillin and sulfa. Associates are responsible for accuracy and compliance of all results generated. Recognize abnormal results, takes corrective analytical/technical action. Prepares findings for review by supervision. Operates centrifuges, balances, chromatograph. Record results in an standardized format. Some GMP training provided at start. Good communication skills required. HPLC experience required. Entry level BS or BA in related scientific field. 1-2 years of lab experience.
