Job Summary:Responsible for daily testing of samples received from production, ensuring timely completion of tests in accordance with established testing times and GMP documentation guidelines. The role requires basic problem-solving skills, troubleshooting ability, and contributing to the team's productivity goals while following detailed instructions.Responsibilities:•Perform testing of samples from manufacturing to ensure quality and compliance according to all applicable assays, utilizing good aseptic practices•Maintain testing schedules and reagent supplies to ensure continuous operations•Complete documentation following cGMP guidelines for accuracy and compliance•Clean and maintain lab equipment, instrumentation, and facility•Utilize QC software packages during routine work for accurate data management•Properly use pipettes for precise measurements•Prepare media and reagents for testing purposes•Understand and apply dilution schemes as needed for sample testing•Lift approximately 20 pounds as required for lab tasksPosition Requirements:•BA/BS in a Science-related field or AA plus one year of experience (or High School Diploma with experience in gathering data and proficiency in Microsoft Excel)•Basic understanding of aseptic practices and laboratory testing procedures•Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to established protocols•Good organizational skills and attention to detail•Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data gathering and documentationEducation: Bachelors Degree
