Responsibilities:

Join Peraton in support to USINDOPACOM, its subordinate unified commands, component commands, direct reporting units, standing joint task forces, and strategic mission partners. We will provide enterprise-wide professional services to address staffing gaps and sustain operational readiness during peacetime, wartime, and contingency operations. Our services will cover critical functions that enable effective and efficient mission execution in a dynamic global threat and geo-political security environment across the USINDOPACOM AOR. They include but are not limited to Program Management and Services in Planning, Logistics, Training, Strategic Engagement, Analytics, Business Management and Communication.

As the Analytical Service Manager, you shall provide analytical services to evaluate current processes, technologies, costs, and capabilities to provide recommendations for opportunities to improve. New processes and/or tools shall be analyzed to prevent inefficiencies, eliminate cyber threats, increase operational capabilities through data, and improve decision-making. Provide analysis and identification of the applicable agency positions/interests in developing an integrated and universal Department of Defense (DoD) collaboration capability. Provide collection, analysis, and assessment of complex quantitative and qualitative data from various sources. Provide contingency analyses to support operational plans. Provide data analytics that includes collecting, synthesizing, and analyzing relevant intelligence, operational data, and situational reports to provide commanders and decision-makers with timely and accurate information for mission planning and execution.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Cleared for Top Secret (TS) information and eligible for access to SCI.
• Minimum of 12 yeas with specifically 5 years of experience in process analysis, data analytics, and operational planning.
• Experience in collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing complex data from multiple sources.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles to identify and mitigate threats.

Desired:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Technology, Operations Research, or a related field.
• Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Familiarity with Department of Defense processes and collaboration capabilities.
• Understanding of intelligence analysis and operational planning support.
• Experience in data integration and synthesis for comprehensive analysis.

Target Salary Range:$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
