About the Role
We are seeking an Analytics and Strategic Initiatives Associate or Assistant Vice President to provide operational and strategic support to iCapital's growth. This role is highly collaborative and impactful, with opportunities to work directly with senior leadership and expand responsibilities as the company grows. This individual will focus on implementing the company's core growth strategies and working cross-functionally to improve processes and operations. The ideal candidate has strong frame working, business problem solving and presentation skills, and the ability to develop cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Responsibilities
* Identify end-to-end project structure, including planning, defining requirements, creating action plans, project managing and creating KPIs.
* Develop frameworks to analyze and formulate corporate business strategies that aid Executive leadership in decision making across firmwide initiatives.
* Execute strategic initiatives and drive programs to improve operating processes and reduce inefficiencies.
* Conduct research, analysis, and business modeling to help leaders across Sales, Business Development, Product, and Marketing make financially sound and strategically aligned decisions.
* Collaborate with the FP&A team on platform data infrastructure and reporting, management presentations, and annual budgeting processes.
Qualifications
* 2-6 years of management consulting, internal strategy, private equity, high-growth tech strategic finance, or corporate finance management development program
* Organized and detail-oriented process manager who can prioritize and communicate clearly with senior leadership
* Highly collaborative relationship builder who can build rapport with colleagues at all levels and functions of the organization
* Excellent PowerPoint skills with extensive experience developing persuasive presentations for a broad variety of audiences.
* Data-driven thinker who can translate complex problems into models that can be built and then iterated with stakeholders; Able to make strong strategic and business decisions
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $130,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
