Responsabilidades:

Job Purpose

Translating Consumer and Industry insights and big data into concrete initiatives that drive above-market growth.

  • Provide the business with insights that allow, in conjunction with mathematical models, to establish a clear route of actions towards the market and customers to increase our participation in the segments and categories in which we participate, as well as maximize profitability through long-term projections of industry and sales, identifying risks and opportunities based on data analysis for the region (Mexico, Costa Rica & Colombia).
  • Provides strategic and tactical direction to define new products, processes, standards or operational plans with significant mid- and long-term impact.
  • Maximize and optimize the annual investment budget for the Branding and MarComm Direction (+500k USD) generating quality analytics focused on a great performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage long-term industry and sales projection, alignment and accuracy for the region Mid Term Plan (MTP) and Revised Business, Actions & Countermeasures (RBACs) for the BS-LAN region (Mexico, Costa Rica & Colombia) for the consumer, TBR, PCT, AG and OT segments on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Coordinate and implement statistical industry projection models by category at a regional level (BS-LAN) that allows the business to better plan the sales cycle.
  • Manage the development and implementation of dynamic dashboards in Power BI that provide data and trends for more accurate decision making about sales and opportunities in the market that allows maximizing sales.
  • Provide long-term visibility on industry, sales and market share for new product developments and projects, seeking the optimal level of market coverage for all categories in the region (BS-LAN).
  • Manage and implement automation projects that impact the efficiency of the processes, calculations and operation of the Branding and MarComm Direction, maximizing data analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities that may impact the dynamics of the business.
  • Ensure the correct execution of studies that allow identifying market and consumer trends that help the business act strategically to achieve sales and market participation objectives in the different categories and types of channels in which we participate.
  • Gathers operational data to examine past business performance. Identifies data patterns & trends, and provides insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment, etc.
  • Provide clear guidance to the business on actions to follow in terms of strategy to increase the presence of our brands in categories, segments and sales channels to be developed.
  • Coordinate and ensure reporting of industries and sales periodically to provide visibility and compliance with sales objectives at a regional level.
Requisitos:

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Bachellor in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, or similar.
  • 3 5 years minimum of data analysis.
  • Advanced English: mandatory
  • Experience in Tableu, BI, and other data base software. Python/R desirable
  • Experience in data analysis positions at a regional level, implementation of several projects.
  • Master in business Analytics desirable.
