We are looking for an Analytics Lead who is innovative, transversal and self-motivated to join us in our Commercial Analytics Team, based in our United States headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 40% on site presence and 5-10% international/ domestic travel.

About the role

In this leadership role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Next Gen Cloud Data Platform, built on the Azure-Databricks technology stack. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional user experience and ensuring the widespread adoption of our platform's services, which include business intelligence, data services, self-service capabilities, advanced analytics, and AI/ML workloads. Furthermore, you will take on a strategic data management role, overseeing the maturation of our data governance, data classification, and data security frameworks.

Who you'll work with

Internally, you will work with commercial analytics and analytics center of excellence, omnichannel, advanced analytics, data governance, and commercial stakeholders, with 60% alignment to technical stakeholders, and 40% alignment to business stakeholders. Externally, you will work with and manage various contractors from our vendors.

What you'll do

* AI/ML and Gen AI Enablement: Facilitate the integration and application of AI/ML and Generative AI use cases.

* Serve as the Technical Product Manager: Oversee the adoption, enhance user experience and proactively identify and address issues to optimize the data platform's functionality, and drive the development and adoption of innovative data analytics solutions.

* User Access and Controls: Manage user access and control mechanisms to ensure appropriate data access and security,

* Data Governance and Security: Develop and enforce practices and policies for managing, securing, and governing the data platform. Implement procedures to ensure compliance and enhance user experience and adoption.

* Data Categorization and Governance: Oversee data categorization processes, including the classification of sensitive and non-sensitive data.

* Data Security Controls: Implement general data security measures such as encryption and data retention policies to protect and secure data.

* Data Infrastructure Controls: Design and Manage data infrastructure security controls, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), access logging, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

* Platform Management: Conduct quarterly user audits, oversee change management processes, and ensure compliance with warehouse controls.

* Data Health and Security Audits: Perform regular audits to assess data health and security, addressing any identified issues.

* Account and Data Management: Manage the removal of accounts from off-boarded employees, and address orphaned tables and unused models to maintain data integrity.

* Process Setup and Management: Establish and oversee processes for stage-gate project management, release management, and Scrum practices to ensure effective project execution and delivery.

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills

* Bachelors Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. mathematics, statistics, economics) or a scientific discipline with demonstration of excellent analytical skills Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree preferred

* 10 years of experience with establishing, running, maintaining and evolving integrated data management and science delivery platforms

* Experience with Cloud platforms such Microsoft Azure (preferred), AWS or Google Cloud

* Toolsets including data science platforms such as Databricks, languages such as R and Python, associated Integrated Develop Environments (IDEs), code repositories such as GitHub, model management and model deployment toolsets, PowerBI, and others

* Knowledge of at least one analytical programming language (e.g. R, Python).

* SQL proficiency is a must Domain Expertise: Familiar with healthcare datasets and provider data (e.g. IQVIA, Symphony).

* Experience in a team leadership position, team management
