Position Title: Analytics Translator III
Job Summary: The Analytics Translator will be responsible for leveraging Adobe and Google Analytics to drive data-informed decision-making across our digital platforms. This role involves analyzing website performance, user behavior, and marketing effectiveness to optimize our online presence and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Adobe and Google Analytics tracking codes across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to identify tracking needs and ensure accurate data collection.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, traffic trends, and user behavior.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Manage and deploy marketing tags across digital properties using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Implement tracking solutions and analytics configurations with strong proficiency in JavaScript.
- Analyze and implement analytics tagging for iOS and Android native platforms.
- Utilize tools such as GitHub, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Veracode, and SonarQube for version control, application management, and code analysis.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to assess the impact of marketing campaigns and site changes.
- Provide recommendations for improving site usability and conversion rates based on data analysis.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Thoughtspot).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and web development is required.
