- 5 - 10 cases per day if on typical ASC, 10 - 11 cases per day in endoscopy suite
- Ortho, eyes, GS, urology, OB/GYN, ENT, endoscopy suite with general & regional would be a plus
- Credentialing needed

- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
