Guthrie Cortland Medical Center seeks a board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist for our expanding team.
Practice Highlights:
- Practice in a hospital with four operating rooms.
- Anesthesia Care Team Model is used.
- A broad spectrum of cases except cardiac, thoracic, and neurosurgery. Lots of Regional Anesthesia.
- The anesthesia Department manages the OR schedule
- 75% of your time doing your cases, 25% of your time medically directing CRNAs or teaching Residents
- Robust EHR (EPIC 10-star health system, top 1% of EPIC organizations)

- Limited call schedule

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits:
- $454,000 to $540,000 total annual compensation
- Full benefits including medical, dental, vision and disability insurance

- Allowance for licensure fees, DEA certification, and renewals
- $10,000 referral bonus if you refer a physician that we hire on a full-time basis, $20,000 if the physician is an Anesthesiologist
