LocumJobsOnline is working with Cynet Locums to find a qualified Anesthesiology CRNA in Illinois!About The Position**Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist****Job Specialty: Anesthesia****Job Duration: Permanent****Shift: Varied (see job description for shift options)****Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week****Experience: Open to new graduates****License: Illinois license (or willing to obtain)****Certifications: NBCRNA, BLS, ACLS, PALS (by time of start)****Must-Have: Covid and Flu vaccines (up-to-date by time of start), US trained and boarded****Job Description:**- Join a high-quality group of Anesthesiologists and CRNAs in a collegial, friendly, and compassionate work environment.- Full-time roles available with a variety of shifts and flexible schedules.- Low CRNA turnover rate within the team.- General structure includes an MD/CRNA care model with 100% supervision.- Choose a preferred normal schedule from several options, with an emphasis on shifts longer than 8 hours.- At least one 24-hour shift per month must be on a Saturday or Sunday.- Responsibilities include caring for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.- CRNAs can perform spinals and epidurals; all nerve blocks are handled by MDs.- Preop assessments are primarily conducted by MDs except for MAC cases, which CRNAs handle.- Provide coverage for Procedural Care Units, with general OR experience preferred.- Outpatient endoscopy experience with MAC is beneficial for at least one provider.- Handle an average of 4-5 cases a day when working a 12-hour shift, focusing on Ortho and Neuro cases.- Utilize Cerner for electronic medical records.- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, wellness programs, tuition reimbursement, retirement savings plans, and more.- Engage in a community of problem-solvers with process improvement and Lean training.- Participate in employee activities and benefit from discounts on campus.Apply if you are in search of a thriving and forward-thinking place to practice medicine.1594467EXPPLATJob RequirementsRequired for Onboarding
