LocumJobsOnline is working with Cynet Locums to find a qualified Anesthesiology CRNA in Montana!About The Position**Job Title:** Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)**Job Specialty:** Surgery - General**Job Duration:** 19 weeks**Shift:** Day 8, 2 weeks on, 1 week off schedule**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours per week**Experience:** Proficient in working independently with peripheral nerve blocks and OB**License:** Must hold a current unencumbered state licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist or be able to obtain one**Certifications:** Current certification as a CRNA by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certification**Must-Have:** Ability to respond to events in ER, ICU, and other hospital areas**Job Description:**- Responsible for the management of nurse anesthesia services in the department.- Participate in pre-operative assessments, formulation and implementation of the anesthetic plan, and initiation of the post-operative pain regimen.- Required to be on call and available for minimal callbacks.- Work collaboratively to accommodate scheduling needs for events.- Proficient in managing anesthesia independently, especially when the sole provider in the area.- Engage in frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors.- Must effectively communicate verbally and comprehend spoken information, alarms, and needs quickly, particularly during emergency situations.- Exhibit manual dexterity for operating complex and delicate equipment.- Expected to lift, transfer patients, and transport supplies, including heavy items.- Navigate crowded environments and stand for extended periods.1577664EXPPLATJob RequirementsRequired for Onboarding
