Requirements:
- Have your own reliable transportation and valid driver's license, and be comfortable with dogs in your vehicle
- Be comfortable doing overnights where we provide a bed, tv, and a comfy place for you to sleep in the facility to provide next level care for the dogs and clients

Responsibilities
- Techs are responsible for ensuring dogs get regular exercise, safe playtime and enrichment to keep them physically and mentally stimulated.
- Keeping the yard and the entire facility clean and sanitized Is crucial to maintain a healthy and safe environment for both dogs and team. This prevents the spread of diseases, parasites and bacteria. It also helps to eliminate odors to reduce stress and accidents and contribute to the overall well-being and comfort of the dogs.
- Opening techs must perform nose to tail checks on all boarding dogs each morning for any injuries. All techs are responsible for monitoring the dogs In their group for any injuries or illness. If anything Is noticed please Inform the manager on schedule that day and post In the slack channel. All techs must monitor dogs In their group at all times for any behavioral Issues. Our mission is to prevent dog fights, not break them up. Monitoring for signs of fear, stress or aggression can eliminate 99.9% of scuffles. this Is Imperative to both the safety of the dogs and the staff.
- Kennel techs can lower stress In dogs by providing a comfortable and stimulating environment, Implementing positive reinforcement techniques, maintaining a consistent daily routine, offering plenty of exercise and socialization opportunities, and providing calming activities such as Interactive toys, soothing music, or gentle massages/pets. Additionally, giving Individual attention and monitoring each dog's behavior closely can help Identify and address any specific triggers.
- Opening and Closing techs are responsible for feeding and watering all dogs In our care. Print the feeding list from Gingr and double check that Instructiins match the board. Feed according to the Instructions then make notes In Gingr that It was completed and Initial.
- Opening and closing techs are responsible for medicating dogs as requested by owners. Print the medication form from Gingr and double check with board. Medicate appropriately then monitoring dog to ensure meds have been taken and there are no reactions. Take measures such as putting pills In PB or pilling as needed. Mark as complete In Gingr and Initial.
- Kennel Techs are responsible for the report cards for the daycare dogs In their groups. Report cards are Important for facility and client communication by giving honest and transparent feedback. This also builds our relationship with the clients by demonstrating accountability of our staff and facility. While these are cute from the dog's point of view It also allows constant communication and each dog's behavior and how the staff deals with Issues.
- Techs are responsible of taking photo and videos of dogs during proper play and sleepovers. These are then sent to clients to provide updates, transparency, and peace of mind while allowing us to engage with our clients to build relationships. It enhances the overall experience and client relation.
