Responsibilities
- Create high-quality animations for characters and environments across various projects.
- Collaborate with the art and design teams to conceptualize and develop animation styles that align with project goals.
- Refine and enhance existing animations based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Utilize industry-standard software and tools to produce animations that are both visually appealing and technically sound.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest animation trends, techniques, and technologies to continually improve skills and output quality.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for enhancing user experience through animation.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality or creativity.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an animator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work and skills.
- Proficiency in 2D and/or 3D animation software such as Adobe Animate, Blender, Maya, or equivalent tools.
- Solid understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, and movement.
- Strong skills in character design and rigging, with the ability to create fluid and dynamic motion.
- Experience with video editing and compositing software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and adjust animations accordingly to achieve desired outcomes.
