Job Description
Plans, manages, and/or directs the operational and financial goals of an Exchange branch facility to ensure maximum earnings. Oversees associates in the execution of strategies to deliver a tailored customer experience within assigned areas. Utilizes leadership skills to empower associates to create a positive environment that drives the customer experience and Exchange brand loyalty.
Job Qualifications
Completion of high school or the equivalent. Retail experience. Demonstrated willingness and potential for additional responsibility. If applicable to position, associate must successfully complete the management motor compliance course number 175S within three months of occupying position.
