The purpose of this position is to generate annual fund support by developing and implementing a strategic annual giving solicitation plan and calendar.

Essential Functions
Work with the Director of the Crawford Alumni Center (CAC) to plan, develop, implement, and grow an annual giving program. Communicate the plan with the Advancement Division and Alumni Association Board of Directors in a timely fashion. Create and maintain an annual giving schedule that includes direct mail, crowdfunding, online giving, potential phone-a-thon campaigns, and other technologies. Utilize annual giving tools (including direct mail, email, crowdfunding, and online giving) to inform, engage, and solicit current, lapsed, and prospective donors. Monitor, report, and analyze outcomes. Analyze metrics of each annual giving appeal and initiative to determine how to increase giving. Create retention and pipeline strategies for leadership annual giving and major giving. Manage all annual giving initiatives including the holiday appeal, give-to-get programs, and departmental requests. Manage all philanthropic commerce (give-and-get) initiatives. Manage Giving Societies including, but not limited to, the President's Club and True to Tech. Coordinate, prepare, and execute annual giving stewardship efforts. Manage digital platforms for university-wide crowdfunding campaigns such as Giving Tuesday, I Heart Tech Students, and other initiatives. Create a marketing plan for digital and print appeals and initiatives including direct mail letters, emails, pamphlets, postcards, and webpages. Work with Assistant Director to maintain an active level of written and digital correspondence with all donors. Work with the Alumni Association Board at the direction of the Director of the CAC. Support CAC and University Advancement events and initiatives at the direction of the Director of the CAC. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Knowledge of fundraising. Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Two years of experience in fundraising, higher education, or non-profit work.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Raiser's Edge. Knowledge of University Advancement policies and procedures. Two years' experience with annual giving.

Salary Commensurate with education and experience. Pay grade 10. Benefits Information
