Insurance Agency Marketing Services (IAMS) is experiencing significant growth and as a result, we are looking for an Annuity or Life Inside Sales Director to join our team. This position will be an integral part of supporting this growth and will be responsible for providing existing licensed insurance agents/producers and relaying the advantages of our life and/or annuities products, available marketing programs, case design & business development to them. and recruiting additional licensed agents/producers to contract with IAMS. The goal is to help them grow their book of business. All communication, correspondence & client relationships are over the phone.Job Duties:Outbound marketing calls to prospective licensed agents/producers across the country to promote the IAMS end-to-end case management and promote the carriers we represent and incent them to contract with IAMS.Determine which products may be of interest and provide product features & benefits.Provide product recommendations to agents/producers for their assessment of suitable client needs.Educate agents/producers on the products and marketing programs that IAMS offers.Provide sales administration, back-office support, marketing and case design to other team members.Coordinate with Creative Services team on assigned insurance company marketing efforts.Maintain agent/producer records in IAMS CRM and provide input for routine sales meetings.Understanding of all products and marketing programs IAMS offers.This position is full-time exempt with a base salary and bonus.Position Requirements:High school diploma/GED.Insurance license or insurance experience preferred. Well versed with various life or Annuity products & policies.3+ years of solid sales, client service & customer acquisition experience preferred.Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with little supervision.Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills.Ability to multitasking and prioritize workload under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a follow-up until resolved mindset.Must escalate appropriate issues in a timely fashion.Must be detailed with accuracy.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive base salary based on experience & skills.Company year-end bonus if Company goals are achieved.Medical health insurance after 90 days of employment- 100% paid for individual employee.Monthly Company paid HSA contributions after 90 days of employment.401K retirement plan after 12 months of employment - employer match up to 4%.7 paid holidays PTO day during birthday month.PTO - (0-3 years) = 15 days per year; accrued at 1.25 days per month (4 + years) = 20 days per year; accrued at 1.67 days per month.Employee anniversary cash based on years of service.Holiday cash (Thanksgiving & Christmas)Employee referral bonus - if hire is employed for 90 days ($250 bonus) 180 days ($500 bonus)Our Company:IAMS is one of the largest independently owned Insurance Marketing Organizations in the country.
