Role Summary:

Anthropologie is looking for a Social Media intern to join us for the Summer. Were seeking a candidate who will champion and celebrate our brand and is eager to gain skills in organic social media strategy and execution. The right candidate will have a strategic mindset, attention to detail, a passion for expressing brand messaging through a social media lens, and interest in publishing and scheduling across social platforms.

The URBN 2025 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/2 through 8/8 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.

Summer Internship Program Application Process:

2. Complete Video Interview: Candidates selected will receive an email with a link to complete a video Interview. You will have 2 days to complete this portion of the application once the email is received.??

3. Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis.???

Role Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Social Media Associate Manager with the Editorial Calendar consistent with the Anthropologie brand image, goals, and messaging across all channels.
  • Schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, X, and Pinterest based on seasonal campaigns and product priorities. Develop tracked links for all content.
  • Identify and outline weekly product features, partnering with merchandise teams to confirm upcoming product deliveries, preferred click-throughs, and inventory availability for all social posts.
  • Assist Social Media Associate Manager in creation of one-pagers, brand decks, competitive research, and other requested documents and reports as needed.
  • Partner with the Social Media Community Coordinator to respond to comments on owned social channels, escalating community questions and discussions to our Customer Service team for further assistance.
  • Assist with content development across Instagram Stories and Pinterest when needed.
Role Qualifications:
  • Experience with social media, either via internships, classwork, or personal use.
  • A positive and high energy individual
  • Strong copywriting and proofing skills.
  • Attention to detail and proven time management and organization skills.
  • Extremely well organized, methodical, and efficient.
  • Strong knowledge of fashion competitors and ability to analyze trends to identify opportunities to set the brand apart

Project Requirement:

In addition to your application and resume, to be considered for this role you must submit a Concept Board (8.5 X 11 PDF format is preferred).?This is due at the time of your application submission.   • Create a marketing campaign concept board focused on Fall 2025 featuring tears of images (still life styling, editorial, artistic, branding, etc.) that you find aspirational for the brands creative direction and could be used as a potential collective campaign idea across email, digital and social platforms
  • You may use visuals from blogs, Instagram, magazines, etc. to show your point of view but be sure to think like a marketer when pulling your aspirational tears and compiling the concept board.
  • Be sure to include 2-3 influencers you could see as partners with this Fall 2025 campaign and why you think they would be great fits with our brand.
