Growing Insurance Brokerage Firm focused on M&A seeking an experienced Anti-Trust Attorney to join their growing practice. This person will be building out an Anti-Trust M&A practice, must be interested in the business development/sales side of things. This firm offers opportunities for growth, hybrid working environment and competitive compensation packages.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience as an Anti-Trust (M&A) lawyer from Big Law
• Exceptional attention to detail, excellent problem solving skills, strong communication
• Admission to the State Bar in New York or eligibility for admission
• Strong understanding of anti-trust laws related to M&A and regulations
• Education/Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Strong business development and networking skills
