We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Pickers to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. As a Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that orders are picked efficiently and accurately, maintaining the highest standards of quality. This position requires a commitment to safety and teamwork, as you will work closely with other team members to meet production goals. Duties Accurately pick orders according to pick lists and orders. Inspect picked orders for defects and ensure they meet quality control requirements. Label orders correctly and prepare them for pick up and/or shipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Assist in the loading and unloading of orders as needed. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets. Experience Previous experience in order picking is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Good physical stamina, as the role may require standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights. Basic understanding of safety practices is a plus.
