Apply now and our proprietary system will quickly have you in front of a live recruiter. The Opportunity Description We're looking for an AP Coordinator, working in Real Estate industry in Wakefield, Massachusetts, United States.

  • Receives all invoices, sort, review, and process payments
  • Ensures all invoices have appropriate documentation and all payments are processed in a timely manner in compliance with the company policies
  • Reconciles vendors accounts and maintain tracking records for invoices payment status
  • Maintains a list of contract vendors to ensure payments made in accordance with the contract
  • Handles all vendor inquiries and monitor and resolve all account payable issues
  • Maintains log of wire confirmations where applicable
  • Develops and maintains professional relationships with new and existing vendors
  • Prepares annual vendor 1099 filings
  • Manages the integrity of information contained in the accounts payable database and files so that information is retrievable for departments, and intact for the annual audit
  • Assists with ad hoc accounting work on property level
  • Assists with the annual audit and tax workpaper preparation for various entities

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Yardi PayScan experience preferred
  • Experience with 1099 filings preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate tasks
